Portrait Credits
How can I buy more portrait credits?
You can purchase additional portrait credits through a dontation from our Ko-fi page. Every dollar gives you 5 credits, and each credit can be used for one new portrait.
How do you match my Ko-fi purchase with my account?
We match your purchase based on the email used on Ko-fi and the email you used to sign up at lostcompanypress.com. Make sure your emails match before making a donation, or reach out to support and we’ll get you fixed up. You can change your lostcompanypress account email under the Account Details page.
What determines what the portrait looks like?
You can change you character gender and the genre of the game setting under the Edit button on the character sheet. Generating a portrait will take those into account and then generate a physical description of the character and create the portrait. Creating a new portrait will cause a different set of physical characteristics to be chosen for the character resulting in a different portrait.
Can I have more control over the description of the character?
Right now you can just control the gender and the genre setting to effect the overall look of the character. At this time we’re working on generating random character portraits. If there’s a lot of request for more specific control over them we’ll consider it. Send us your feedback!
Can I upload my own character portrait?
Not at this time. We’re focused on making the generated portraits as good as we can right now. But send us some feedback and we’ll let the right people know.
What if there’s an issue with my account or credits?

What is your refund policy?
We do not issue refunds once a purchase has been made.
How are these portraits created?
We’re using a generative AI based system to create portraits based on the character description and additional details randomly generated.
What if I find inappropriate or offensive content in a portrait?
Because of the generative nature of the systems, occasional errors can occur. Please report any incorrect content immediately, and we will take appropriate action.
